If the notoriety of Bagad KEMPER is essentially due to the performances of their group in the first category, one must not forget that this feat would not have existed without the will to continually perpetuate their level and quality. This is accomplished by political recruitment and internal training within the other bagads of our association: The school of music, Bagadig KEMPER and Bagad Glazik KEMPER.

The apprentice musicians are integrated from the age of 10 into the school of music. The training is done in groups and includes music theory courses and instrument practice.

Soon thereafter, the players are incorporated into Bagadig KEMPER. The Bagadig is a bagad-school where the new players discover ensemble music, Bagadoù contests, and other public events and concerts.

The training then leads the players towards Bagad Glazik KEMPER. Glazik is an ensemble that is placed into the third category. They regularly participate in numerous festivals and festoù-noz.
